IT Specialist / Project Manager: Led multiple IT implementation projects and led the organizational change to increase capacity for growth.
In June 1998 my spine was injured on a return flight. Ultimately, the L5 disk ruptured and affected the nerves in both legs. After surgery, rehab and a fantastic physical trainer, I began to walk. This was probably the greatest personal challenge.
Managed the AiC Austin facility, successfully provided sales support and
solution design for new client outsourcing opportunities in the Austin area including IBM. Managed a $15 million budget, 350 resources, and new application development contracts.
